Stages of dental implantation (what happens in surgery)

In dental implants surgery various stages occurs;-

Stage1. Firstly dentist inserts cylinder or implant in jawbone. A stage of ossification takes place where bone grows. This process of healing takes place for 3 to 6 months.
Stage2.Then dentist fix an extension over the cylinder .Here further healing process takes place.
Stage3.Then dentist attaches crown which give natural look to your teeth.

Many a time’s extension piece is fixed during the first surgery but it depends upon your dentist only.

The completion of this process takes place for three to nine months and also depends upon healing process.
